Fitness Assessments

Our in-depth assessments are the first step for all of our services and allow us to understand your health needs from the bottom-up. Through this comprehensive profile our coaches create individualized plans that take into account the root cause of our client’s issues.

One-On-One Coaching

Think of One-on-one coaching as a routine check-in. Our coaches are happy to meet with clients on a regular basis to touch base about their progress, emerging obstacles, or anything else they feel we need to know about. The more context we have for how you’re doing, the better we can do our job in personalizing and adapting your program. This is integral to our holistic approach and is also some of our favourite time spent with clients.

Personal Training

Our personal training programs are created on a case by case basis and are unique to our clients’ individual goals. Whether you have struggled for years to lose weight or are targeting a performance-based goal (or both), our personalized programs focus on all of your fitness needs.

Nutrition Plans

Our nutrition plans are not made following generalized rules like ‘calories in, calories out’ or fad diets that are all over the media. Our nutrition plans are made based on the results of our in-depth assessment. Following a holistic approach, we ensure that our nutrition plans suit the uniqueness of each client’s needs and targets the main issues of their nutritional imbalance.
